THE MANDATE

01Work in small embedded teams to understand client problems, design the technical solution, and own production delivery end-to-end.
02This is not a demo-oriented consulting role. The expectation is to build software that continues operating successfully after the delivery team leaves the room.

THE SEAT

01design, build and maintain modern web and agentic applications
02own technical initiatives from architecture through production
03operate autonomously in ambiguous client environments
04communicate architecture and technical decisions directly to clients
05travel to client sites approximately once per month

WHAT THIS SEARCH REQUIRES

013+ years of professional software engineering experience
02experience building modern web or agentic applications
03evidence of high technical ownership
04experience acting as a tech lead, team lead, founding engineer, or equivalent ownership role
05ability to operate with high autonomy
06genuine client-facing or customer-facing technical experience
