THE MANDATE
- 01Work directly with the founder to establish technical direction, translate complex real-world workflows into software, and rapidly iterate with users toward product-market fit.
THE SEAT
- 01help set technical strategy and architecture
- 02build agentic workflows
- 03build data and geospatial pipelines
- 04work closely with real users
- 05ship zero-to-one product
- 06establish engineering standards as the team grows
WHAT THIS SEARCH REQUIRES
- 010–3 years of professional experience or exceptional equivalent internship/new-grad experience
- 02experience building GenAI or agent systems
- 03familiarity with LLM orchestration, retrieval and tool use
- 04strong Python and TypeScript backend engineering
- 05experience with APIs and data pipelines
- 06demonstrated zero-to-one product development
- 07comfort working directly with users
- 08ability to operate as a forward-deployed engineer
